PlayStyles+: Reserved for the elite, PlayStyles+ are the pinnacle of signature abilities, exclusively reserved for world-class players. They elevate a player's unique PlayStyle to a level of sheer brilliance, ensuring that the biggest stars shine even brighter.

Looking at the GK PlayStyles, EA doesn't offer any additional clarity on what the + version will do here. A lot of the info referred to BAG (Be a Goalkeeper) which isn't relevant to Ultimate Team so I left it out. I will update the + descriptions as it becomes available.
