As of the latest update, EA FC 24 boasts six active Evolutions, but anticipation is brewing for a grand total of 12 active Evolutions during the inaugural season of FC 24 Ultimate Team, as reported by FUT.GG. Below, you'll find detailed requirements for the current six Evolutions:

There are over 15,000 players available for this particular upgrade which is available for the duration of Season 1. I haven't used mine yet, but I'd recommend using it on a lesser known player or someone who wouldn't likely get any type of an upgrade. Maybe a small league favorite!

The best use of the Pacey Protector Evolution is always up to you, but 3 players getting a lot of press to use this on are: Joel Matip, Kurt Zouma ( combining the Welcome to Evolutions and Pacey Protector ) and Nikola Milenković ( same path as Zouma )
Golden Glow Up Part 1
The Golden Glow up Evolutions seem amazing! You can literally bring a 64 Bronze up to an 84 Gold through utilization of both Glow Ups. Use the Evolutions Lab on fut.gg to run simulations on the players you'd be interested in.

This particular Evolution is an Ultimate Team 'Thank You' for being a FC Founder. We can use this Exclusive Evolution Slot to level up a Striker.

I personally used this one on Ferran Torres as I'm sure many people are. I've seen quite a few Darwin Nuñez done as well as Gabby Nunes. Other players of note for this one include: Alvaro Morata, Stina Blackstenius and Kai Havertz.
Relentless Winger
The sixth and final one available comes at a bit of a cost: the Relentless Winger Evolutions slot costs 50,000 coins or 1,000 FC Points! It's up to you to decide if it's worth it or not. You may be able to utilize this on one of your favorite players, which in that case I say go for it.
